This website and application ("GetNBY", "Platform", "we", "us" or "our") is operated under the name/trade name GetNBY operated by Jawahar Aravind, having its address at:

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the GetNBY website, mobile applications and related services.

By creating an account or using GetNBY, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

You must be 16 years of age or older to create an account and use GetNBY.

By registering, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to use the Service.

Users must register using an accepted email address and complete the required email verification process.

Currently accepted email providers may include:

• Gmail
• Outlook
• Hotmail
• Live

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activities conducted through their account.

Each user may have a unique NBY ID.

NBY IDs must comply with GetNBY's naming requirements and must not impersonate another person, organization or reserved identity.

GetNBY may provide different account types, including:

• Personal Account
• Business Account

The availability of account types may depend on the current version of the Service.

You agree not to:

• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Harass, threaten, stalk or abuse another user.
• Attempt to obtain another user's precise location.
• Attempt to bypass platform privacy or security controls.
• Use GetNBY for fraudulent or unlawful activities.
• Upload unlawful or infringing content.
• Use bots, scrapers or automated systems without authorization.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or platform infrastructure.
• Use the Service to distribute malware or malicious content.
• Attempt to steal another user's account or credentials.
• Use the platform for spam or abusive communication.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Users may upload profile photos and other permitted content.

Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant GetNBY a limited license to host, display and process such content as necessary to provide the Service.

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights to content they upload.

Personal accounts may upload up to 3 profile photos.

Business accounts, where available, may upload up to 5 profile photos.

Users must not upload content that violates applicable laws or these Terms.

GetNBY may use location information to provide nearby discovery features.

GetNBY is designed so that a user's precise device coordinates are not publicly displayed to other users.

Discovery features may use approximate or privacy-protected location information.

GetNBY may provide private and group communication features.

Users must not use messaging features for:

• Harassment
• Threats
• Scams
• Spam
• Illegal activities
• Abusive conduct

GetNBY may allow users to create or participate in activities.

Activity hosts are responsible for providing accurate information about their activities.

Users are responsible for exercising appropriate caution when participating in activities or meeting people they discovered through the platform.

GetNBY does not guarantee the identity, conduct, safety or actions of another participant.

Personal Premium is currently offered at:

₹199 per month

Subscription features are available only while the applicable subscription remains active.

The exact features, price and billing period will be displayed before purchase.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.

By making a payment, you agree to the applicable payment provider's terms and policies.

Refunds are available only for eligible:

• Technical issues affecting payment or subscription activation.
• Transaction or payment-related issues.
• Duplicate payments.
• Incorrectly processed transactions.
• Payment-processing errors verified by GetNBY.

Refunds are not provided for other reasons, including change of mind, dissatisfaction with the Service, partial use of a subscription, voluntary cancellation or failure to use Premium features.

All refund requests are subject to verification and applicable law.

The GetNBY name, branding, design, software and platform functionality are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit GetNBY's intellectual property without authorization.

GetNBY may use third-party services for:

• Payment processing
• Email delivery
• Advertising
• Analytics
• Hosting
• Maps and location services
• Security and infrastructure

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

GetNBY may suspend or terminate accounts where necessary to:

• Enforce these Terms
• Prevent fraud
• Protect users
• Investigate abuse
• Protect platform security
• Comply with applicable law

GetNBY is provided on an "as available" basis.

GetNBY does not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available.

GetNBY is a platform for online discovery, communication and activities. Users are responsible for exercising reasonable care and judgment when interacting with other users.

Users should exercise caution when communicating with or meeting people discovered through GetNBY.

Users should not share sensitive personal information, financial information, passwords, authentication codes or other confidential information with other users.

If a user encounters suspicious, abusive or unsafe behavior, they should report it through the available platform reporting mechanisms.

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.

Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts having jurisdiction over the operator's address.

GetNBY may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes may be communicated through the GetNBY platform only.
