7.1 Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel their GetNBY Premium subscription at any time through available subscription/account controls or by contacting: support@getnby.com
7.2 Cancellation Notice
To prevent the next automatic renewal charge, cancellation should be completed at least 24 hours before the next scheduled billing date.
7.3 Effect of Cancellation
Cancellation stops future automatic renewal.
Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for the current paid billing period.
After cancellation, Premium features normally remain available until the end of the already-paid billing period.
7.4 Automatic Renewal
Where auto-renewal is enabled, the subscription may automatically renew at the end of each billing period.
The applicable renewal amount will be the price displayed under the applicable subscription terms, subject to applicable notice requirements.
7.5 Cancellation and Refunds
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically qualify the user for a refund.
Refunds are limited to eligible technical or transaction/payment issues as described in the Refund Policy.
7.6 Account Deletion
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete the user's GetNBY account.
